Is your company interested in . . .
optimizing the productivity of your organization?
promoting effective health care for ill or injured employees?
clarifying stay at work and return to work options?
encouraging safe and timely restoration to full responsibilities?
controlling costs related to illness, injury and disability?
For over 25 years, the principals of The Leclair Company have worked with employers to curb the rising costs associated with workers' compensation, disability and group health insurance by preventing and restoring lost productivity. We help employers implement customized work restoration practices and work flows to prevent and manage the impact of occupational and non-occupational illness, injury and disability.
Our consultation efforts begin with a thorough assessment of your current experience and practices. We then work with you to create a plan of action that addresses your specific needs. We are not proponents of a "one size fits all" solution because our extensive experience with large and small employers across the United States and internationally confirms that each company has its own strengths and challenges associated with managing illness and injury in the workplace. An intelligent approach focuses on what you need to address your challenges.
The Work Restoration Development Plan may focus on: 1) policies and procedures to guide your company's response to illness, injury and disability; 2) a transitional work restoration program that responds to both occupational and non-occupational disability; 3) a coordinated health care network; and 4) training programs for management staff to support your efforts. Our role during implementation can range from active leadership to a behind the scenes coach supporting program development and/or refinement activities.
The Leclair Company also helps you determine how you will measure the impact and success of your Work Restoration efforts so you can document your Return on Investment. With this important assessment process, you will also be prepared to revise and update your program in response to employee needs and regulatory and contractual changes.
